KOG manufacture
Production KOG manufacture appeared in 2015 as a direction for implementing the ideas of our team of subject designers. With the increase in requests for the manufacture of various products, production capacities also increased in parallel.
Today, the total production area is about 500 sq. m, of which:
- 60 sq. m — painting and matting shop;
- 250 sq. m — woodworking;
- 120 sq. m — assembly shop;
- 30 sq. m — grinding and gluing shop;
- 35 sq. m — metalworking shop;
- 10 sq. m - warehouse.
Our company constantly invests in the development and purchase of equipment. In addition to the standard set of equipment for furniture companies — a router, jointer, rabbet, circular plate, and more — we also have a vacuum machine for gluing veneer.
Thanks to argon welding and the professionalism of our specialists, we can make furniture not only from ferrous metal, but also from stainless steel, as well as perform mirror polishing. In addition, we provide a service of titanium nitride coating of stainless steel elements in gold, copper, brass or black.
